By accessing or using the Eterno Raíz website ("Site") operated by Eternity Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Site and to purchase any products. By using this Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time.

3. Waitlist and Allocation

By submitting the waitlist form on our Site, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Submission does not guarantee an allocation of Eterno Cosecha Venerada or Ancestral Mezcal.
  • Allocations are limited to 1,000 bottles annually and are generally distributed on a first-come, first-served and lottery basis.
  • Eternity Inc. reserves the right to prioritize specific collectors at its discretion.
  • The waitlist form is not a contract or a guaranteed right to purchase and requires no payment.
  • If selected, prospective collectors will have 24 hours to confirm and pay for their allocation or pass.
  • The purchase price of Eterno can vary year to year due to factors in production and our commitment to quality.
  • The retail price of Eterno can approach or exceed $1,000 per bottle in some vintages.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Eternity Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of Eternity Inc.

"Indulge in the Infinite"™ and "Invest in Legacy"™ are trademarks of Eternity Inc. These marks may not be used without prior written permission.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers connected to the Site
  • Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Site without express written permission
  • Use any automated means to access the Site or collect information from the Site
